Stress can be described as a natural physical response to events that often makes one feel threatened, or they upset one’s balance in some way. For example, it is important to note that when one sense danger whether this danger is real or imagined, the body’s defenses often kick into high gear in an automatic process that is known as the fight-flight-freeze reaction.
Late adulthood is a stage of one life that should very entertaining as it’s meant to enjoy ones achievements, after laboring for many years. But for many individuals this is not the case. Most of them live under depression due to leading stressful lives and in fear of what might happen to them.
