I would like to recommend the individual, who is trying to open an independent living assistant facility and support their efforts. The individual is a license professional nurse and has been in the field for over thirty years. The individual possesses the experience from long term care facility hospitals to many other institutions that deal with living assistance. The individual has also undergone business classes that are aimed at helping manage the business.

During the time the individual worked at our facility, they exhibited some very amazing skills and expertise. I own an individual residence facility and the individual has worked with us for twenty years. During that time, I have noted some changes that the individual brought about. The individual is very keen, attentive, caring and very committed to his job. Comparing the time of joining our facility and his departure, tremendous change can be noted in the facility and the individual’s activities.

Personally, I have known the individual for over fifteen years while in this career. The individual is hardworking and is always ready to admit when he is wrong. I personally think that the individual has the capability to run an independent living facility. I am not saying this out of our personal relationship, but this is based on general business basis. The individual possesses the knowledge in the field that should assist in the management of the facility.
Yours Truly,

Most patients who have been served by the individual always have a good appraisal which creates a good picture.

To whom it may concern:

It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter of recommendation for one of my trainee in assisted living. I am the owner of an independent living home and know her for approximately 23 years. Over the past years (especially from when I knew her), she has worked in different hospitals as a nurse and living support to patients. She is extremely good in her job. Over the last one year, while working as a living support in my independent living home, there is some positive feedback from the patients as they always like her. She has become an integral and a great role player in my living home following her qualities.

She is hardworking, patient-dedicated living assistance who performs her duties efficiently, takes good care of her patients and as well maintains the cleanliness of the patient’s diets. More so, she has ability to empathize with sick patients. I can acknowledge that, for the last three months, she has learnt a lot within that time, which much of our trainees usually have learnt little. This, on the other hand, plays a great role in ensuring that relatives to the patients calm down and build trust in her. While joining my support home, I trained her (Fawcett, 2005).

She has a positive attitude at what she does, and each day she amazes us with something new she has to offer. Most of our patients appreciate the nurse for knowing their birthday dates, her tenderness and humility and dedication to the tasks offered to her by this field.
I can acknowledge that, for the last three months, she has learnt quite a lot within that period of time, which much of our trainees usually have learnt little. It is my belief that she is capable of a lot and will be successful with the living assistance facility. The venture has many challenges and I believe with the approach she has she will overcome them (Fawcett, 2005).

To whom it may concern:

As a nurse who has worked with her for 15 years, we have shared many moments together, solved a lot together and overcome a lot working with her. She pushes on perfection at all times and does not believe in failure. Even with a tight schedule she always places her best foot forward with minimal or no delays at all.

She has a positive attitude when approaching challenges at the hospital. Everyone working with knows well that there is no giving up on anything even when times are the toughest. Her humility and well treatment dazzles clients who bring their patients at the hospital. She is very organized and responds promptly to patients. She is enthusiastic and lively and wears a smile at all times, and I think this helps the patients to recover fast.

She confronted a case of a dying man diagnosed with cancer courageously. The parents had not heard of the illness before, and there were unresolved issues in the family including financial ones. The young did not recover. The family was grateful for her grace and maturity during the incidence (Fawcett, 2005).

She is one of a kind, a forward thinker and self-growth dedicated and dedicated to the highest levels of professionalism. She is a strong one and a team player. It will be a tough task to get a replacement for her. It is with humility I recommend her as she starts out with an independent living assistant facility.

To whom it may concern

As a colleague who has worked with her in a long-term facility and a veteran home being one, I can say she is an exceptional clinical practitioner as a person who has worked with her over a period of ten years. A detailed worker who works with much joy. She can handle voluminous works, is well organized a skill that is important for any medical practitioner. She knows what she is capable of and never seizes to marvel, I have collaborated with her, and I can approve that her work flows smoothly a good quality of the clinical practice (Fawcett, 2005).

The elderly love her and appreciate her quality work. This is because of the way she treats them with respect and tenderness. She has great communication skills and always understands the elderly especially those who may be having hearing problems, helping those on wheelchairs to move from one location to the other.

She makes it her duty to ensure the elderly have a smile all the time due to her lively character. She makes the elderly enjoy living at the home even though their families have abandoned most; she believes that they should be happy as long as they are alive.
She is distinguished from other nurses at the facility and her work stands out form the rest. Always eager to go a step further to satisfy the elderly and even at some instances when most duties are exhausted the elderly get entertained with a song or two; this is a quality that makes her special among the elderly, and they love her for that reason (Fawcett, 2005).

She has this personal effect with the elderly from communicating to them, administering medication to them and ensuring their comfort all the time at the expense of hers.

To sum up everything, I highly recommend her to start out this independence living residence. The entire staff at the facility and the elderly as well are sad to watch her leave but wish her luck with her independent living facility.
